No. Stroll has no accounts and no login. Everything lives privately on your device.
Not at all — that's the whole idea. You can write your reflection when you get home using manual time entry. If you do bring your phone, put it on airplane mode; the timer still keeps perfect time.
On your device. If you turn on iCloud Backup, a private copy is kept in your own iCloud account so your reflections survive a lost or new phone. Nothing is sent to me or any server.
With iCloud Backup on, install Stroll on the new phone (signed in to the same iCloud account) and you'll be offered to restore — or use Settings → Restore from iCloud.
Stroll is free with no ads. If it's helped you, you can leave a one-time tip to support development. Tipping is completely optional and never unlocks features.
Delete any entry from its detail screen, or delete the app to remove everything on the device. To remove an iCloud backup, delete the "Stroll" folder from iCloud Drive in the Files app.
